OUR PROGRAMS
Our soccer education program is designed for boys and girls ages 5 to 17
We adapt learning methodologies and objectives to the different stages of participants' physical, cognitive, and social development. Throughout this program, we focus on the comprehensive development of young soccer players, not only developing technical skills but also promoting values such as teamwork, respect, and discipline.
Children Ages 5 to 7 Discovering Soccer
To foster a love of soccer and help children gain confidence in their motor skills.
At this stage, the focus is on *fun* and the *discovery* of soccer as a team sport. Children learn through games and recreational activities that allow them to explore basic movements and develop a positive relationship with the sport.
Skills developed
- Basic motor coordination (running, jumping, turning).
- Basic ball control and handling (short passes, simple dribbling).
- Promoting cooperation and teamwork.
- Understanding the game's basic rules (there is no focus on complex tactics, but rather on the notion of teamwork).

Children Ages 8-10 Consolidating Basic Skills
Improve coordination and precision in ball handling while fostering an understanding of team play and the importance of communication.
Children already have better control over their bodies and movements at this age. The training approach focuses on perfecting basic skills and beginning to understand simple strategies within the game.
Skills Developed
- Improving ball control (dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting).
- Introduction to teamwork and collective plays.
- Development of decision-making skills (pass or dribble?).
- Introduction to essential physical endurance.
Children 11 to 13 Years Old
Refining Techniques and Understanding the Game
To develop technical skills with greater precision and apply simple tactical concepts in game situations.
At this age group, children begin to develop more advanced technical skills, and work starts on basic tactical aspects. The focus is on individual technical improvement and understanding the rules and tactics of the game.
Skills Developed
- Advanced ball control, passing, and shooting techniques.
- Basic field positioning tactics (defenders, midfielders, forwards).
- Introduction to team play concepts: pressing, marking, distributing the ball.
- Improved agility, strength, and physical endurance.

Adolescents 14-17 Years Competitive Preparation and Specialization
To prepare adolescents for competitive performance by developing complex technical and tactical skills while fostering a team-based mentality and focusing on personal improvement.
Young soccer players begin to experience more *specialized and competitive training during this period. The focus is on the **development of a complete player*, both physically and mentally, with a view to the possibility of competing at higher levels.
Skills Developed
- Advanced technical mastery (complex dribbling techniques, long passes, precise finishing).
- Advanced tactics and game strategies (systems of play, high pressing, counterattacks, possession).
- More specific physical development, including strength, speed, and endurance improvements.
- Mental preparation for competition (pressure management, teamwork, leadership).
